Once both steps are complete, we will prepare your digital business card package. Your card helps people save your contact information quickly while helping fund community-centered nonprofit work.

Complete the form below and your request will be submitted through our secure My Biz Card request form. After submitting your card details, follow the payment instructions to complete your membership. Include your logo, profile photo, and any additional notes, such as logo colors, QR code destination, or whether you need help creating a booking link.
